Typical coverage includes:

- Credit & Debit Cards

- Bank Transfer (Bulk / B2B)
Payment Security
- Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways
- Rewtech does not store card or UPI details
Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment success
- Failed or pending payments do not reserve inventory
Warranty Claim Process
- Customer must email support@rewtech.in
- Provide invoice, issue description, photos/video
- Device may need to be shipped to service center
Resolution
- Repair or replacement (at Rewtech’s discretion)
- If repair is not possible, equivalent replacement or partial refund may be offered
Warranty Void Conditions
- Physical damage
- Tampering with seals
- Third-party repair attempts
