All refurbished laptops sold by Rewtech.in include a limited functional warranty, as mentioned on the product page.
Typical coverage includes:
- Motherboard
- Processor
- RAM
- Internal storage (HDD/SSD)
Warranty Period
- Standard warranty: 3 to 6 months (product-specific)
- Warranty period starts from date of delivery
What Is NOT Covered
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical or cosmetic damage
- Liquid or electrical damage
- Battery wear and adapter cables
- Software issues / OS corruption
- Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repair
Warranty Claim Process
- Customer must email support@rewtech.in
- Provide invoice, issue description, photos/video
- Device may need to be shipped to service center
Resolution
- Repair or replacement (at Rewtech’s discretion)
- If repair is not possible, equivalent replacement or partial refund may be offered
Warranty Void Conditions
- Physical damage
- Tampering with seals
- Third-party repair attempts
