Return & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that any product delivered by SPARC Infotech is found to be damaged, the customer has the option to return the product and either request a replacement (with the same specifications) or a full refund of the amount paid.
Please note that if you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. After 24 hours, SPARC Infotech may still offer a replacement or refund; however, any additional damage identified after the product is returned and inspected will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, SPARC Infotech offers a 3-day return policy, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damage found after inspection will be chargeable to the customer.
SPARC Infotech will make reasonable efforts to replace defective products within 24 hours of receiving notification from the customer.
If a refund request is raised within 2 days of delivery, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of intimation. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers can cancel the order before the product is shipped.
Once the cancellation request is approved, the full refund will be processed.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched/shipped.
However, customers may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
3. Company Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues or suspected fraud
Incorrect or incomplete address
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice should be included
The product should not be physically damaged by the customer
Any personal data stored in the device must be removed before return,no request for data retrieval will be entertained after return
The product must be properly packed to avoid transit damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
*Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
*Customized or personalized products
*Products without original packaging/accessories
*Products returned after the return period

The payment will be given to the customer after the goods are received in the original condition in which they were shipped to the customer, with the required packing material and all the other items in the condition in which they were shipped.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to:
Check the package at the time of delivery and report the damage or incorrect product at the time of receiving by providing the photo / video of the received product and share the proof of purchase/invoice copy
Company Rights
Sparc Infotech reserves the right to:
*Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
*Inspect products before approving refunds/replacements
*Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
