- Physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, unauthorized repair, and software-related issues are not covered under warranty.
- Liquid damage is strictly not covered under warranty policy.
- Battery comes with 3 months warranty (backup approx. 1–2 hours, depending on usage).
- A new charger of the same brand is provided with warranty support.
- Hinges are covered under 3 months warranty.
- If you receive a damaged laptop, please contact our support team immediately.
- Software-related issues are not covered under warranty; service charges will apply.
- Short circuit or any electrical damage is not covered under warranty.
- Power issues caused by external damage or mishandling are not covered.
- Damage due to liquid spillage, fire, or natural disasters is not covered.
- Any unauthorized repair or tampering will void the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear of parts over time is not covered under warranty.
