Shipping Policy
SPARC Infotech uses DTDC and BlueDart as its delivery partners. Once the order is confirmed by the customer, SPARC Infotech will deliver the product to the address specified by the customer. The delivery cost will be borne by SPARC Infotech.
The customer must be present at the delivery location at the agreed time.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, they may appoint a representative to receive the product. The customer must provide an authorization letter and inform SPARC Infotech in advance.
The authorized representative must present a valid ID proof along with the authorization letter to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
If the customer or their representative is not available and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery charge may be applicable.
The customer must ensure that delivery vehicles are allowed entry into the premises. If required, prior permission for using the building elevator should also be arranged to facilitate smooth delivery of the product.
Orders will be accepted on payment terms as below :
- 100% advance
- Minimum 30% advance
No orders without any advance will be accepted. The balance payment in case of a partial advance order will be paid at the time of delivery
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.
Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays, or other declared holidays.
Customers will receive an Order Confirmation Email once the order is successfully placed.
Dispatch & Shipping
After processing, the product will be carefully packed and dispatched through our trusted courier/delivery partners.
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS containing shipment details and tracking information (if available).
Delivery Timeline
Delivery usually takes 8-12 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
During festivals, public holidays, weather issues, or unexpected circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
Shipping Charges
Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
Any additional delivery costs for special locations or repeated delivery attempts may be charged separately.
Customer Availability During Delivery
Customers are requested to be available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
If the customer is unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their policy.
Customers should inform the support team in advance if there is any change in address or delivery timing.
Re-Delivery Charges
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact details, additional delivery charges will apply for re-attempted deliveries.
Delay in Delivery
While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
Natural calamities
Weather conditions
Transport disruptions
Courier partner delays
Government restrictions or public holidays
In such cases, customers will be informed whenever possible.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If you do not receive your order within 15 days from the shipment confirmation date, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing the order.
We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
