  Shipping Policy

  SPARC Infotech uses DTDC and BlueDart as its delivery partners. Once the order is confirmed by the customer, SPARC Infotech will deliver the product to the address specified by the customer. The delivery cost will be borne by SPARC Infotech.

  The customer must be present at the delivery location at the agreed time.

  If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, they may appoint a representative to receive the product. The customer must provide an authorization letter and inform SPARC Infotech in advance.

  The authorized representative must present a valid ID proof along with the authorization letter to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

  If the customer or their representative is not available and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery charge may be applicable.

  The customer must ensure that delivery vehicles are allowed entry into the premises. If required, prior permission for using the building elevator should also be arranged to facilitate smooth delivery of the product.

  
  Return & Refund Policy

  In the unlikely event that any product delivered by SPARC Infotech is found to be damaged, the customer has the option to return the product and either request a replacement (with the same specifications) or a full refund of the amount paid.

  Please note that if you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. After 24 hours, SPARC Infotech may still offer a replacement or refund; however, any additional damage identified after the product is returned and inspected will be the responsibility of the customer.

  If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, SPARC Infotech offers a 3-day return policy, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damage found after inspection will be chargeable to the customer.

  SPARC Infotech will make reasonable efforts to replace defective products within 24 hours of receiving notification from the customer.

  If a refund request is raised within 2 days of delivery, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of intimation. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.

  Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, unauthorized repair, and software-related issues are not covered under warranty.
  2. Liquid damage is strictly not covered under warranty policy.
  3. Battery comes with 3 months warranty (backup approx. 1–2 hours, depending on usage).
  4. A new charger of the same brand is provided with warranty support.
  5. Hinges are covered under 3 months warranty.
  6. If you receive a damaged laptop, please contact our support team immediately.
  7. Software-related issues are not covered under warranty; service charges will apply.
  8. Short circuit or any electrical damage is not covered under warranty.
  9. Power issues caused by external damage or mishandling are not covered.
  10. Damage due to liquid spillage, fire, or natural disasters is not covered.
  11. Any unauthorized repair or tampering will void the warranty.
  12. Normal wear and tear of parts over time is not covered under warranty.
